3.) PAYMENT TERMS: Upon execution of this agreement Buyer shall provide a Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable ,Divisible, Assignable Auto Revolving documentary Letter of Credit + three months SBLC for the Last 3 shipments value(if 1 year Contract), OR Fu+ly funded Auto Revolving Standby letter of credit Irrevocable,assignable,transferable,divisible to be issued by top 25 rated American or European Bank. This shall be for one month’s deliveries and automatically revolving to the next monthly deliveries until completion of the Contracted quantity in 12 months,
